Me molesta porque mis padres viajaron por control médico mi padre es oxígeno dependiente son de la tercera edad y se tienen que exponer al frio y tantas horas de espera ellos toman medicamentos quien responde por eso? Pullman se lava las manos diciendo que si no están conformes le devuelven el dinero!!!! No son capaces de pensar o ser empáticos si no que a las tres horas del horario de salida se les ocurre poner otro bus.Que falta de respeto!!
