Me dirigí al stand del terminal y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada y que me comunique con la central, que nuevamente me dijo que era mi responsabilidad, a pesar de que les dije que fueron groseros, por la hora tuve que retirarme y no pude hacer reclamo formal porque no me dieron la placa del vehículo.

Viajé de Antofagasta a Arica, con fecha miércoles 12 de febrero 2025, hora 02:20 salió del terminal con 1 hora y media de retraso. Sin embargo, éste traslado fue impecable, especialmente por la tranqu ... Sin embargo, éste traslado fue impecable, especialmente por la tranquilidad del recorrido, ya que el conductor fue muy prudente con la velocidad. En cambio, desafortunadamente el retorno que fue el lunes 24 de febrero 2025, salida desde terminal Arica a Antofagasta, a las 10:20 hrs. fue totalmente preocupante. Primero, porque el conductor fue muy apurón con los pasajeros, a cada momento decía que estaba estresado, prácticamente quería que voláramos, por ejemplo en el control de Cuya, nos apuraba para pasar nuestras pertenencias en el escáner, siendo que había muchos otros buses y vehículos en la misma situación. Obviamente por tantas personas todo es más lento, agregando además, que hay varios cortes de tránsito en el camino. De ahí en adelante, para nosotras (con mi hija) fue preocupante, primero porque desconectaron el GPS y el indicador de velocidad, por lo cual no teníamos idea de la velocidad a la que iba el bus, pero dada la apreciación como conductora, era mucho más de 100 kms/hora. Éste exceso de velocidad, fue desde Iquique a Antofagasta, no midiendo ningún ápice de riesgo, considerando la cantidad de curvas peligrosas y acantilados que hay en el trayecto. Y siempre apurando a los pasajeros, y repito, "diciendo continuamente cuando parábamos en algún terminal, que estaba "estresado". Importante comentar que otro pasajero activó Wase, y la velocidad era más de 110 kms/hr. Cuando opté por comprar pasajes en Pluss, siempre fue en base a su publicidad, a que son destacados por el buen servicio, y los buenos comentarios de pasajeros hacia la empresa. Sin embargo, para nosotras en el retorno, todo ello no se cumplió. Otro punto desfavorable, quizás no de relevancia pero sí suma puntos al servicio, es que ni siquiera dan una taza de té, o un vaso de agua.
