    Bus driver smoking during driving in air cond bus. This is the trip from Larkin , Johor to Kuantan. Depart from Larkin Johor on 4pm . Really unacceptable.

    The bus is okay and average like the others, but the service from the company is very lousy. It's clearly written the ticket is reschedulable and that's why I bought it. But when I wanted to reschedul ... The bus is okay and average like the others, but the service from the company is very lousy. It's clearly written the ticket is reschedulable and that's why I bought it. But when I wanted to reschedule my trip, they refused and said the reschedule was only avaialbe during death and calamities. What excuses! Is this a bus company or an insurance? Other bus companies didn't care as long as the charge was paid. They would happily rescheduled the trip when they had available seats. Maraliner CEO, you have many many competitors and they served better. Earning money would be much better by a fair way. I stop using this company. I don't like insensibilities. Folks, try other companies because they feel you better. They have the same price, but fairer treatments. Don't take a risk. Be smart.

    Saya ingin membuat laporan berkenaan kejadian yang berlaku pada [05/02/2026] melibatkan bas ke destinasi Alor Setar. Pada kira-kira pukul 10.00 malam, bas yang saya naiki telah rosak di tengah jalan. ... Saya ingin membuat laporan berkenaan kejadian yang berlaku pada [05/02/2026] melibatkan bas ke destinasi Alor Setar. Pada kira-kira pukul 10.00 malam, bas yang saya naiki telah rosak di tengah jalan. Kami para penumpang terpaksa menunggu di dalam bas selama hampir dua jam. Sekitar 10.30 malam, pemandu datang dan bertanya kepada penumpang berapa orang yang akan ke Alor Setar. Beliau telah membuat kiraan dan memanggil penumpang yang duduk di tingkat atas untuk menunggu di luar, namun kami berempat yang duduk di tingkat bawah tidak dipanggil langsung. Pada pukul 12.00 tengah malam, salah seorang daripada kami pergi bertanya kepada pemandu mengenai situasi kami. Namun, pemandu tersebut menukar cerita dengan menyatakan bahawa kami tidak turun, sedangkan beliau yang sepatutnya memaklumkan kepada semua penumpang. Ketika kami cuba mendapatkan penjelasan, pemandu berkenaan bercakap dengan nada kasar dan tidak bersopan terhadap kami. Saya amat kesal dengan cara layanan tersebut kerana sebagai penumpang, kami sepatutnya dilayan dengan hormat dan diberi maklumat yang jelas semasa berlaku kecemasan atau gangguan perjalanan.

I saw in the comments that you have so many passengers complaining. I am not a complainer, but your driver is terrible and doesn't care about the lives of the passengers. This is something I should seriously complain about! ! ! !
