He dropped me to some station else in Penang. I asked for the clarification but he said to take another bus to butterworth by myself. I should have been at butterworth since it is on my ticket. I suspected he did change the plan for personal convenience. This is totally disaster because it ruined my all travel plan. I expected to be dropped at butterworth as it said on my ticket when bought. Plus, he answered my question with rude manner while smoking on the bus while driving.
