Compagnia veramente sgradevole. Ci ha lasciati sotto il sole 1 ora e mezza per un bus che doveva partire alle 18 e 30 invece è arrivato alle 20 portando super ritardo. Abbiamo letto le condizioni di rimborso ed è chiaramente scritto che superati i 60 minuti di ritardo verrà effettuato il rimborso, invece, la compagnia manda una mail dicendo che il rimborso non verrà effettuato perché risulta che il bus sia partito in orario quando non è assolutamente vero. Sono un pendolare giornaliero PA TP PA. Le vetture sono spesso sporche con braccioli e cinture non sempre funzionanti. Autisti antipatici e sgarbati e spesso occupano la prima fila con i loro bagagli ... Sono un pendolare giornaliero PA TP PA. Le vetture sono spesso sporche con braccioli e cinture non sempre funzionanti. Autisti antipatici e sgarbati e spesso occupano la prima fila con i loro bagagli . Le fermate a Palermo sono molto lontane tra loro. Ad esempio la fermata successiva a quella di via Libertà 169 si trova in via croce rossa altezza stadio. Prevederne una in via Libertà altezza Don Bosco o alla statua no? Òra sono di ritorno da Tp (corsa h16.10) e si muore dal caldo. Aria condizionata e sistema di areazione insufficiente. Inoltre l' 01/08/2024 ho dovuto prendere un giorno di Ferie perché la rivendita Caffè Belgio alle 6.00 non aveva il terminale funzionate e l'autista della corsa delle 6.20 fermata in via belgio si è rifiutato di farmi il biglietto perché non aveva il resto per il pagamento in contanti ne tanto meno (dice) il pos per il pagamento con carta.
