La reacción del conductor —un señor con boina y gafas— fue absolutamente desproporcionada: nos habló de forma grosera, con desprecio y sin ningún tipo de educación. El trato fue humillante e innecesario, impropio de alguien que trabaja de cara al público. No había ninguna indicación ni motivo para reaccionar así, más allá de su falta de profesionalidad. Una experiencia muy negativa que hace que no volvamos a usar esta compañía ni la recomendemos en absoluto.
