El pasado 29 de marzo a las 21:30 salimos desde Donosti hacia Alicante y la experiencia no pudo empezar peor. Al ver la compuerta de la bodega abierta, metimos nuestras maletas con total normalidad. La reacción del conductor —un señor con boina y gafas— fue absolutamente desproporcionada: nos habló de forma grosera, con desprecio y sin ningún tipo de educación. El trato fue humillante e innecesario, impropio de alguien que trabaja de cara al público. No había ninguna indicación ni motivo para reaccionar así, más allá de su falta de profesionalidad. Una experiencia muy negativa que hace que no volvamos a usar esta compañía ni la recomendemos en absoluto.
