They advertise Intercape branded bus which will be clean and an hour before your trip they send you a text message saying it MIGHT BE BRANDED BIGSKY. I feel I have a right to be given what I had purchased, something they clearly do not care about. This BIG SKY of theirs is not what I opted for. The toilet smell was too much, I felt like I was in the toilet the entire trip. This is honestly the last time I am travelling with Intercape or a BigSky or whatever they call it. The charging ports were not even working where I was seated. Horrible experience.
