Potpuno neprofesionalno i neodgovorno prema putnicima koji su zbog ovoga možda zakasnili na druge veze ili obaveze. Očekujem barem osnovnu komunikaciju i poštovanje putnika, a ne ovakvo ignoriranje situacije. Nadam se da će kompanija ozbiljno razmotriti ovakve propuste i poboljšati organizaciju svojih linija.
