The condition of the bus was also poor, with an unpleasant smell inside, making the journey very uncomfortable. On top of that, I had booked a single seat in advance, but they still assigned me a different seat without any proper arrangement or consideration. The staff were also unhelpful and unprofessional in handling the situation. Overall, everything was badly managed from start to finish. It felt chaotic, disrespectful to passengers, and extremely frustrating. Honestly, this was the worst and most unacceptable bus experience I have ever had in my life.

Later 9.50 persada bus come and i dont know thats the bus Because in redbus write permata ... Worst bus travel ever. Such a worst experience. The bus scheduled 10am but reach 10.45am after so many stops 6pm tech tbs and what time we going to reach penang. So stressed with this kind of operators.
