The bus was scheduled to depart at 6:00 PM, but it only arrived at approximately 8:05 PM, causing a delay of about 2 hours. During the long wait, no clear explanation or announcement was given to passengers. When I politely asked the driver why the bus was delayed, he responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. As a paying passenger, I believe it is reasonable to ask for an explanation regarding such a significant delay, and I expected to be treated respectfully. To assist in identifying the driver, he appeared to be an older Chinese man who was wearing glasses. I kindly request that Sri Maju investigate this incident, take appropriate action regarding the driver's conduct, and improve communication with passengers during delays to prevent similar incidents in the future.
