The pickup van collected passengers from Nizampet at around 10:50 AM. Despite the extremely hot weather, the van operator did not switch on the AC for a long duration, causing significant discomfort to passengers. This is unacceptable, especially when passengers have booked an AC bus service. We were dropped near Vanasthalipuram at around 1:00 PM to board the main bus. As per the schedule, the main bus was supposed to depart at 1:00 PM, but it arrived only at 3:20 PM, resulting in a delay of more than 2 hours. What was even more frustrating was that no one informed passengers about the delay in advance. Passengers were left waiting without any communication or updates from the operator. To make matters worse, the customer service number was unreachable throughout this period. Multiple attempts were made to contact customer support to get information about the delay, but no one answered the calls. This lack of support during a significant delay is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the service. While I appreciate that the main bus quality, seating, and amenities were good, the poor coordination, lack of communication, unresponsive customer support, and excessive waiting time significantly affected the overall travel experience. I request the management to improve passenger communication, ensure timely updates regarding delays, make customer support readily available, and maintain basic comfort standards such as providing AC in pickup vehicles, especially during summer.
