Po przybyciu na przystanek autobusowy w Gendawa w końcu podjechał autobus który był spóźniony 10 minut. Kierowca zeskanował mój bilet i udałem się na swoje miejsce , WYKUPIONE ZA DODATKOWĄ OPŁATĄ 29,99 zł PANORAMA . W celu wykupionego za dodatkową opłatę swojego miejsca , na danym miejscu znajdował się duży plecak. Wziąłem plecak w rękę przestawiłem na siedzenie obok. Po czym kierowca wrócił do autobusu , i do mnie z wielkimi pretensjami dlaczego ja przestawiłem jego plecak te miejsce jest jego. Spokojnie i wyraźnie wytłumaczyłem, że nie jest to jego miejsce , ponieważ wykupiłem te miejsce za dodatkową opłatą. Kierowca do mnie dalej z pretensjami że te miejsce jest jego I proszę się przesiąść tam gdzie są wolne miejsca. Po czym ja znowu spokojnie że się nie przesiądę ponieważ mam te miejsce wykupione. No to kierowca już dostał piany i mówi w takim razie dzwoni na policję. Oczywiście zadzwonił policja przyjechała po około 20 minutach , i wyprosiła mnie z autobusu , po czym autobus podjechał. Po dłuższej rozmowie z policjantami przyznali mi rację , jeżeli jest w systemie ,że miejsce można wykupić za dodatkową opłatą czyli te miejsce jest moje. FLIXBUS nie poczuwa się do winy , i za bilet nie zwrócił mi pieniędzy. Musiałem dokonać ponownej rezerwacji żeby dotrzeć do Szczecina , A co jakbym nie miał pieniędzy na koncie , bo różne są sytuacje w życiu, święta spędziłbym w Gendawie ,zamiast w Szczecinie. Odpowiedź Flixbus na złożenie reklamacji o zwrot kosztów. Według informacji, które posiadamy w systemie, nie uszanował Pan przydzielonego przez kierowcę miejsca, w przypadku kiedy pasażer w widoczny sposób narusza bezpieczeństwo i samopoczucie innych pasażerów oraz kierowcy, może on zostać wyproszony z pojazdu.
