Not only did the bus fail to arrive on time, but my wife faced an unacceptable situation with the driver when she requested to sit with our daughter. Despite the safety concerns of a young child sitting next to unfamiliar men, the driver dismissed her concerns with responses like “not my problem” and “make a plan.” This escalated until another passenger had to give up his seat.
