The bus never came. They didn't reply to me at customer service. Still waiting for my refund. I believe this is a scam.

We had to go to Stansted Airport and bought the ticket the day before. When we arrive to the bus (10 min. before the departure 17th Jun 14:25) they said we hat to be 15 minutes before and probably we ... We had to go to Stansted Airport and bought the ticket the day before. When we arrive to the bus (10 min. before the departure 17th Jun 14:25) they said we hat to be 15 minutes before and probably we can't travel. We have been atendended by the most stupid man I have seen before. In the end he said that we can take the bus and we there was a lot of free seats. I don't know if it was a joke or a punishment for arriving 5' late, but very disgusting... Never more with this company. I don't recommend to anybody. National Express is a very good alternative. Same timetables but much more kind people
