I had what can only be described as a superb travelling experience with Swiss tours. They were fully booked for the day but still offered me to board up until Masvingo where the passenger who had booked the seat would be boarding. They took me to Masvingo and helped me find another bus to help me proceed the rest of the way. The guys at the station waited for me until I could get another bus that could take me the rest of the way. They went out of the way to make sure I was safe and felt comfortable.
I was treated like family by complete strangers and it was a level of hospitality that you'd expect from a 5 star airlines to first class customers. They offered me water and drinks even though they didn't have to. They helped me board the next bus and my experience in that bus opened my eyes as to why all their buses were booked whilst other buses traveled routes with empty seats. It was truly a masterclass in customer service and I am sure to recommend every single one of my friends and family to board their buses. If they keep this up they are sure to bankrupt all the other competitors as their service is on a tier by itself compared to their contemporaries

I am having a problem regarding tickets I purchased on their website. The booking went through correctly and the payment was taken. I then get a message saying the date was not yet available and to ask the "Ticket seller" to refund my purchase and rebook in a month. They are the seller. They do not respond to my email. I do not want to change anything - just use the tickets I purchased.

Awful service, default page set up to the wrong date after I had put in the specific date before this.
Then booked wrong date and asked to change it via email. I got an awful response and then wanted me to pay £50 double what I paid on the actual tickets to change any date.
This was down to a fault on the website, not sure if it’s mobile phone friendly
