I recently had a terrible experience with RegioJet and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. Due to floods, the train service was disrupted, and we were promised a bus transfer to o ... I recently had a terrible experience with RegioJet and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. Due to floods, the train service was disrupted, and we were promised a bus transfer to our destination. However, the information provided on board was completely different from what their customer support later claimed. Worse yet, their customer service was unavailable when we needed it most, leaving passengers stranded in the middle of nowhere with no clear instructions. While their support team later sent a message with a generic apology, it was clear they didn’t care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. It’s shocking how a company can treat its passengers with such disregard. In contrast, Czech Railways (CD), which also experienced the same issue, handled the situation professionally and compensated all passengers. RegioJet, on the other hand, failed miserably to provide any real support or compensation. If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly advise choosing another company for your travel needs. RegioJet does not deserve your business.

Never more. Contact with bus drivers was catastrophy. Cultural level zero. Very strange czech-slovak company. Communication with them was shock. It's better to use different company.

The first experience went good. I order two seats but then someone sit in the one of the seat. I told the driver there is someone in the other seat,but he did nothing. We had the worst bus trip ever with your bus from Budapest to Prague! You're the worst bus company ever and I will make sure everyone will hear about our terrible experience!!

At first it was OK, but about 2 years ago something has happened that really upset me. I had a flight from Vienna Airport and I booked a bus ticket to arrive there from Brno with 2 hours ahead. Beside ... At first it was OK, but about 2 years ago something has happened that really upset me. I had a flight from Vienna Airport and I booked a bus ticket to arrive there from Brno with 2 hours ahead. Besides the fact that the bus arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes later in Brno, it got in Vienna's Airport 2 hours and a half later. The plane was lost and I had no option to get to my destination anymore. Without any apologies, not to say without any refund or anything else. I booked tickets from Vienna's airport back, but because there was a time of over 6 hours to wait, I decided to go visit the city and I thought that getting in the bus at Stadion instead of the airport would be no problem. There was a problem: my seat was given away when I didn't boarded in Vienna's Airport. Since then I decided never to use RegioJet services again. According to my logic, once you have a seat booked, you drive with it empty if the person doesn't board in time. Perhaps I could catch the bus somewhere else ? So, in conclusion: I lost a plane because of a huge delay, no refund, had to wait for a bus until 11PM where the seat was given away in the airport to somebody else and I had to spend the night on the streets of Vienna. A respectable company when it has over an hour delay on the path, adds a bus to recover the time lost by the passengers. After all, when it's about dealing with airplanes, we're already on weird uncertainty of the time of flight and buses do not have schedule to sync with airplanes on-boarding. Many people spend their nights in the airport as the last bus arrives only around midnight and next is too late in the morning. Such delays, well, demonstrate clear disrespect for their passengers.
