Toilets not working was a serious let down as have medical needs

Terrible service. Left us stranded in wrong town. Out bus was very late and upon arrival confirmed that we were going to our destination- this was also shown on a paper ghat was stuck on the window o ... Terrible service. Left us stranded in wrong town. Out bus was very late and upon arrival confirmed that we were going to our destination- this was also shown on a paper ghat was stuck on the window of the bus. The driver scanned our tickets as well and confirmed the destination and then proceeded to drive towards the direction we were going. An hour delay in our trip we walked towards the driver to ask when we will get to our destination whereby he confirmed that we were not going there. We had to get off and pay for an expensive uber to take us to the town we were going to. Now their customer service won’t even bother to respond to a single follow up for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Dear Team, i am travel sweden to lisbon. and i am going to travel lisbon to beja rede expressos bus, very nice driver. seat is very confertable. wifi is good. and main thing is i forget my mobile charger night time. and next morning day i go beja bus ticket counter and ask mr. miguelleandro ticket counter officer last night i forget my charger. he is very nice and helpfull person. he give back my charger. and also bus driver very nice person. thankyou very much. next time when i come in lison also like to travel rede expressos bus.
