My family just travelled from Melaque to Puerta Vallarta, about a four and half hour trip. The bus was full. Thirty plus degree temperature and there was NO AIR CONDITIONING ON THE BUS. Thirty plus degree temperature and there was NO AIR CONDITIONING ON THE BUS. People were vomiting literally all over the place. I used to confidently recommend PP but no more. Try another line, ETN is excellent and worth the extra cost. Less than one star rating.
