I am furious about the way I was treated on this bus. It was the Varna–Istanbul route. I boarded in Varna and around Burgas two men entered with tickets for seats 43 and 44. I was already sitting in s ... I am furious about the way I was treated on this bus. It was the Varna–Istanbul route. I boarded in Varna and around Burgas two men entered with tickets for seats 43 and 44. I was already sitting in seat 43, which I had SPECIFICALLY bought to sit next to a woman, not a man. When I asked what the problem was, the shocking answer was: “there are no seats in the bus.” Instead of fixing their mistake, the staff forced ME out of my seat and made me sit somewhere else. When I resisted, they even threatened to throw me off the bus and put me on another one. This is beyond unacceptable. I paid for a seat, I paid for comfort, and I was denied both. Your staff humiliated me, treated me with zero respect, and acted like passengers are worthless. This company clearly doesn’t care about customers. Disgraceful service.

The bus broke down three times during the trip! The breaks were broken, THIS COMPANY RISKS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIVES!
