Two buses of National Express did not come at all at the St John's Wood station in London on 12th December, 2.22pm and 2.47 pm.

Two buses of National Express did not come at all at the St John's Wood station in London on 12th December, 2.22pm and 2.47 pm.
It was 4 and half hours before my flight at the Stanstead Airport - buses were not late, buses didn't come at all! At the end I missed my flight and had to buy another airplane ticket. I've asked National Express for refund of my airplane ticket and they offered five pounds as a voucher. Five pounds?! There is no such traffic congestion that bus couldn't make it to Stanstead Airport from St John's Wood in 4 hours - two buses of National Express did not come at all to the station! Don't use National Express buses if you want to be in time for flights - they shamelessly refuse to take responsibility for not showing up at all according to their schedule and they refuse to refund!

I bought a ticket EUXML615 from national express, which departs Oct 2nd 7:40am from London Heathrow to Cambridge. I paid extra 5 pounds which allows me to depart 12 hours before or after 7:40am. I was a little late that day and missed 7:40am bus. When I tried to board next bus, I was told by the driver that I have to call the office to make amendment first. I made the call and was told the expected waiting time is 50 minutes. Since the ticket was sold out quickly, I bought another ticket from Heathrow to Cambridge. After the trip, I filed a case with national express, asking for a refund. I was notified I will be contacted with 12 working days. I was never contacted by national express. When I called national express again, after selecting the options, I was put on hold forever.

Waited 2 hours for a return bus from Vauxhall stop V to Gatwick Airport. In this time none of the 3 scheduled buses arrived. When a National Express bus finally appeared and we attempted to clearly flag down the driver we were ignored and driven past. We were forced to commute back to Victoria where we had to pay £40 for the Gatwick Express train and an additional £10 on the tube journey to Victoria. We also could not contact the customer service as we did not have English numbers.

The bus didn’t even stop at the bus stop that was provided for us in the email. Waited an entire hour until I had to run next to the bus in 90 degree weather to another bus stop to get picked up. I received no updates where the bus was or if it was delayed. Absolutely terrible, would not recommend or take again.

Customer has no right with national Express. It´s just a waste of time and money. I often spend more money to arrive at the airport than the flight itself. Absolutely don´t travel with them if you are pregnant, it´s dangerous!
Take the train, or hitchhiking would be less dangerous!!!!
