Compré un boleto de Madrid a Valencia justo antes de QUARENTINE, de hecho, el mismo día que se anunció la quarentina, pagué para que la fecha del boleto se cambiara a abril. DESPUÉS de Quarentine pedí que me devolvieran el dinero debido a la situación.
Esto es lo que recibí. Ni siquiera entiendo de qué están hablando. considerando cómo se suponía que iba a Valencia durante un BLOQUEO.
Voy a viajar en coche BLABLA de ahora en adelante.

Hemos estado revisando su caso nuevamente y hemos verificado que su boleto no está en estado de alarma, por lo que no es posible realizar un reembolso incluso en las oficinas de Avanza, ya que previamente le informamos por error.
Los boletos fuera del estado de alarma no son reembolsables ya que han pasado la fecha.
Lo siento por los inconvenientes ocasionados.

Bought a ticket from Madrid to Valencia just before QUARENTINE infact the same day quarentine was announced I paid to have the date of the ticket changed to April. AFTER Quarentine I asked to be refunded because of the situation.
This is what I received. I don't even understand what they are talking about. considering how was i Supposed to go to Valencia during a LOCKDOWN.
I will be traveling by BLABLA car from now on.

We have been reviewing your case again and we have verified that your ticket is out of alarm state, so a refund is not possible even at the Avanza offices as we have previously informed you in error.
Tickets out of alarm state are not refundable as they are past the date.

The website breaks down everytime. They do not offer several trips they show in the home page. After contacting them and sending them snapshots of their website's problem they just reply "we offer the bus trip you mentioned in our website" when obviously they don't ¿? After a non-sense conversation with their customer service I took my tickets from another website and everything went smooth and fine. I don't want to even imagine how the purchasing service is in that website...
