I love maritime bus as it has good exceptional quality service it’s just the other bus that we’re waiting for for parcels and other travellers who are travelling was late. We were supposed to leave at 4:45. and did not arrive until 6 PM. The driver should’ve been apologetic in the PA system. And instead told us about our destination.
I understand bus drivers have to do the job however should have been sympathetic

Moncton to Charlottetown May 1.
Worst service ever, a trip that is supposed to be two hours tops is now 4 hours and still have not arrived to the station.
First, Moncton to Arhmest, we have to change bus , the bus was late so people was forced to wait in the cold and rain.
When the bus finally arrived, the driver was rude, drove for one hour and then asked us to change to a small van.
The van did a 20 min trip to Borden Carleton and asked to change AGAIN to a bigger bus, the bus was stationed for more than 30 minutes waiting for the other passenger they left back there.
Drivers are rude, everything is disorganized. Never , never using this service again, I’m writing this while waiting inside the bus due to the poor service of this company, hopefully I make it home today.
