Level of un professionalism exposesed by Jaguar buses is next to non. Book a 7 PM bus it will never set off till 8 PM no fixed time of departure or arrival. Slows on time with endless lies. Slows on time with endless lies. If possible don’t have this bus for your next trip please. It’s a total disaster. One hell of a bus. Be ready for disappointments. No word from customer service. Passengers fighting each other over seats 💺 💺 Getting better on an inclining lane. It’s only better dead heading 1:07 AM

My husband and I have used this bus company throughout our long distance dating relationship and several times since we’ve been married. Their service is always terrible but it’s too tempting to be ab ... My husband and I have used this bus company throughout our long distance dating relationship and several times since we’ve been married. Their service is always terrible but it’s too tempting to be able to travel for such a cheap price. However I will never be purchasing a bus ticket from them again. I have had enough. I bought a ticket for my husband to travel the day before thanksgiving. After waiting by the office in NYC for hours they informed him that ‘there’s no bus tonight and come back tomorrow at 3’. I have called, texted and left voicemail for the number they provided in their email with no response and no hope of a refund. This is the last time I will be stupid enough to send any family members or myself on this hoax of a bus company.
