They hang up on you. They have conversations rudely in your ear with others leaving you with no help. They yell. Ilikebus only cares about the money and not the customers. Did y’all know that better service yields more customers (happy)? A happy customer will always recommend. However, the services that given, I rate -2stars.

Ilikebus maybe cheaper than Greyhound but they are very unprofessional and they are ALWAYS LATE,its not worth the 30 dollars.
