Booked the 0305 service from Milan to Bergamo airport. Bus did not arrive & the company rep left after being questioned by a growing group of people. The bus in Italy was late or didn't show up (I waited an extra 20 minutes), which almost caused me to miss my flight. I had to urgently call a taxi. Awful experience. Paid for bus, but wasn’t able to use it as buses were overbooked and most of passengers were not able to fit to the bus. After skipping two departures I had to use taxi

Terrible experience with this company! Purchased tickets through their website from Milano Central Station to Bergamo airport, for the 3.05am shuttle, as advertised, and the bus never showed up! Purchased tickets through their website from Milano Central Station to Bergamo airport, for the 3.05am shuttle, as advertised, and the bus never showed up! Had to purchase from another company operating at the same time and location, that had several buses available and were able to accommodate us and other passengers also stood up by them. When I contacted them for explanations and to request the refund, their reply was: “The time provided on the ticket is purely indicative as it is calculated based on the average flow of traffic. Events such as congestions, delays, road works, accidents, weather conditions, technical problems or the behaviour of other Clients can cause delays. The tickets of the Milan-Bergamo-Shuttle are valid for the whole day but not for a specific time. It is important to know that unused tickets lose their validity and cannot be refunded. For this reason, we cannot accommodate your request.” If someone books a ticket for any transportation service (bus, plane, train, etc…) basis is purchase on a timetable, that is supposed to be reliable. It’s completely unacceptable that justification that I can use it any time of the day, when you specifically needed it for a certain time? I needed to travel at that schedule because had a plane to catch for a specific time (imagine that!). Since then, no further replies to my request for the refund. What a great business model, to sell a service, that we pay beforehand, don’t provide the service and refuse a refund. I’m in the wrong line of business for sure! Will never use them again and advise against anyone using it, in risk of ruining their trip and waste their time with an automated client support. Safe travels to everyone!
