We travelled in 4/9/2016. DRD van arrived on time in Venice Airport, and the travel to Ljubliana was fine. We realized we forgot a backpack in the van seat when we arrived in hotel, but our concierge called DRD, and a DRD guy delivered the backpack to us in the hotel. Honest and good service. I just recommend to buy your DRD tickets before your travel, because DRD do not have office in the airport.

We realized we forgot a backpack in the van seat when we arrived in hotel, but our concierge called DRD, and a DRD guy delivered the backpack to us in the hotel. Honest and good service. I just recommend to buy your DRD tickets before your travel, because DRD do not have office in the airport.
Picked up late, stopped with no explanation for 45 minutes, had to change drivers 3 times. Ended up arriving 2 hrs after scheduled arrival time. Would NOT RECOMMEND
I would not use DRD again. Bought 2 tickets on line 2 months ago for shuttle from Mestre to Lublajana for a pick up at 1150. We were there in plenty of time, saw many other shuttle vans and buses. I a ...
I would not use DRD again. Bought 2 tickets on line 2 months ago for shuttle from Mestre to Lublajana for a pick up at 1150. We were there in plenty of time, saw many other shuttle vans and buses. I asked a Go Opti driver and he wished me luck with DRD. Finally a van showed up with DRD on it, the driver indicated no not going to Lublajana until 1620! We had to check our luggage at train station for 12 Euros and wander around for 4 hours. Next time will use Flix bus. Took Flix bus from Ljubljana to Vienna with no problems.
