Unhappy customer, 2/4/2020

This is my experience, I saw this company on the roads, read about it on internet and booked my first tickets. But there was technical problems when I was trying to pay and I tried again. Again, it ... This is my experience, I saw this company on the roads, read about it on internet and booked my first tickets. But there was technical problems when I was trying to pay and I tried again. Again, it did'nt work out so I called the customer service and asked if they spoke english and they hung up! I got really mad and worried so I called my bank and they confirmed that there was several requests of transactions on my bank card from this company and the only way of avoiding paying them was to cut the card. I did this and it put me in a really messy situation for a several weeks because I was going abroad now without my creditcard. This is my experience and I will never book another ticket with this company.
