Online they had $1 seats and I had to pad 65 one way n I thought it was A lil less then that anyhow I would like A discount because online have different things online please and thank you

The bus was late, we stood outside in the cold weather on Boston for more then an hour, they didn't give up good answer about what is going on, and what should we do. Definitely I'm not going to ride ... I am currently on the coach run bus and I find it very unsafe for the driver to be using his phone while driving on the freeway I am traveling with my 3 children and I need answers to why and what can ... I will never ride or buy any ticket from the bus every again. I try asking for directions but nobody respond back. I had to pay extra just to get where I need to go. I don't recommend this bus . I don't recommend this bus . Stay away when someone that doesn't have a phone or just an email. You think they will try and help you out. No refund aloud. Bad customer service phone number doesn't even work. I hope someone else's take over their business.

Hi, I am coming to Brugge end of march and I am landing in Belguim airport, but srtaying in Brugge - at the NH Brugge hotel. Do you provide a coacha nd if so how much will it be?
