Had the worst customer service experience during my trip with this company.
Due to their poor handle of customer’s belongings, they damaged my suitcase during a transfer to the airport, and now, they are saying it’s not their responsibility. Seriously????
Now, I have a useless baggage, thanks to this company!

It is convenient as it takes you from Newark to Port Authority where you can find many buses. The driver however was terrible. He kept breaking every 2 seconds, I had to keep a bag in my hand as I was really close to throwing up from his terrible driving.
We used to love this option to get to O-hare from Rockford. But it's gone downhill ... fast! We'll write off the mid-pandemic druggie allowed to wander the bus with no mask (or shirt in January!!!) ...
We used to love this option to get to O-hare from Rockford. But it's gone downhill ... fast! We'll write off the mid-pandemic druggie allowed to wander the bus with no mask (or shirt in January!!!) all the way back to Rockford as a one-off, but my recent experiences have seen super RUDE drivers - most of them. One lady was in tears over how the driver barked at her for standing too close to the baggage compartment. And they're cramming riders in like sardines - several trips in a row with no empty seats. on 10/1, they had about 6 passengers stand for the return trip and left behind about 50 additional to wait for the next bus. Just seems worse every time. If you can find alternative transportation, take it! That's what I'm going to do.

Looking for a US Coach Bus timetable, from Crestwood, Illinois (hwy 294 nearby), to Chicago O'HARE Airport. Until the time of the pandemic, everything was fine. The bus was always on time and the ride was comfortable and tickets could be purchased at the office at the bus stop. Currently, it is not known whether these buses continue to run or are they only long-distance. I would gladly not give a single star because I can't get to any positive information.
