Terrible company, no refund policy and shitty customer service. Just book directly through bus terminal company rather than clickbus.

I would not recommend using Clickbus to buy tickets in Mexico. I had to cancel my trip for 5 passengers, but I was told that the tickets were not refundable simply because they were booked through Cli ... I would not recommend using Clickbus to buy tickets in Mexico. I had to cancel my trip for 5 passengers, but I was told that the tickets were not refundable simply because they were booked through Clickbus. If I had bought them directly with the bus company (ADO) - which I was unable to do at the time due to website tech issues - I could've had a full refund. I seems ridiculuous to be able to get a refund only if you buy it directly with the company but not through any other third parties. I recommend other customers not to ever buy through Clickbus, but instead buy directly with the bus company. A significant amount of money was lost and this was very dissappoinitng.
