I am utterly disgusted and devastated by the service from this company. The bus got stuck for 12 hours straight in Rouxville. We were stranded for that long at an old total energies garage. No comm ... I am utterly disgusted and devastated by the service from this company. The bus got stuck for 12 hours straight in Rouxville. We were stranded for that long at an old total energies garage. No communication from the company to at least apologize for inconvenience, no communication back from email I wrote to both the company city to city and customer care. I have never experienced such a long delay of 12 hours, as a result I missed on a whole day of what I was traveling for. For that I demand a full refund. I have to make my way back to Johannesburg after a redundant trip with City to City. This is me writing still on the road and it has been exactly 27hours 7 minutes. Yours sincerely A very concerned passenger. Food and water were provided

The tickets for City to City may be cheap, but the service is really bad. I waited 7 hours for the bus it never arrived In the process of waiting for it. I ended up losing some of my important stuff, ... The tickets for City to City may be cheap, but the service is really bad. How can city to city allow paying customers to be transported in a broken run down bus that is very clearly in need to be scrapped.. broke down twice today over heating each time it overheated the bus ... How can city to city allow paying customers to be transported in a broken run down bus that is very clearly in need to be scrapped.. broke down twice today over heating each time it overheated the bus switches off for 2 hours so we are delayed by 4 hours already. And city to city sit back like its nothing . Dont even bother trying to phone them... dont use city to city.

I have been waitng for city to city bus in Worcester it was around seven at night I wait until 10 one driver i ask he said the bus already drive away around 4 o'clock so what must I do bcs my ticket s ... Worst bus company ever, we were supposed to leave from Johannesburg to Flagstaff on the 25th of December 2025 at 19:40. We waited for over an hour till some person who was passing by told us the compa ... Worst bus company ever, we were supposed to leave from Johannesburg to Flagstaff on the 25th of December 2025 at 19:40. We waited for over an hour till some person who was passing by told us the company hasn't been operating the whole day they are closed. We tried phoning the company their phones go to voicemail. We decided to go to the police station because now we bought tickets and they never communicated that there will be no buses. The captain at the station managed to get a hold of them and they told us to get refunds on the 27th of December 2025. Worst experience ever because why would they sell tickets for those specific days knowing exactly that they won't operate
