They need to upgrade their transportation to mini buses. For disability people. It's hard to get in the van. With that little step. I have disability with my feet. And need help to get on. worth's experience i ever had traveling from Delano, Ca to Tijuana. the bus it is in bad shape dirty and none of the services works ....no wifi...

Honestly worst experience ever traveling from. Woodborn OR. To huntinton park CA on 12/07/19 we super duper pack and they keep on picking up people who r literally standing up they even blocked the re ... Honestly worst experience ever traveling from. No WiFi even though they said they had it. No working charging ports but they still have them . One single stop for 14 hours.
