Reseña negativa para Plana Bus Reservé online los billetes para hoy desde Barcelona a Tarragona, pero lamentablemente no llegué a recibir los códigos QR antes de subir al autobús. Tras buscar la estación durante 19 minutos —ya que no está indicada ni en el sitio web ni en la reserva— el conductor no aceptó el código de reserva y exigió que pagáramos nuevamente los billetes. Además del problema del doble pago, el conductor fue extremadamente poco cooperativo: nos gritó, se negó a entregarnos los billetes directamente y nos indicó con gestos que debíamos recogerlos del aparato, como si no fuera su responsabilidad. Nos dijo “o pagan o se bajan” en tono agresivo. Durante el trayecto, condujo de forma imprudente, presionando a otros vehículos a acelerar, y la interacción con los demás tres pasajeros fue también poco amigable. Una experiencia decepcionante que no recomendaría. Espero que la empresa tome medidas para mejorar la atención al cliente y la claridad en la información sobre las estaciones.

I had t ... On September 10 (it was supposed to be at 8.49 a.m.), the bus to Barcelona was supposed to arrive at the Vendrell bus stop. However, neither at the scheduled time nor later did the bus arrive. I had to pay for a taxi to Barcelona. I had an appointment at the UK Visa Application Center. This is really disappointing. It's disgusting. You can't rely on this carrier. Never. Especially if you're traveling with luggage! This is not the first time that drivers have not followed the schedule. Avoid this company !

Uur staan wachten op bus maar zowel bus 1 als bus 74 reden ons voorbij na uur wachten nog geen enkele bus die ons liet instappen zijn tevoet gegaan.

But for an question th ... Online Support was good and really tried to help, but sometimes confusing. Support in English is not every time great in Spain in general. So I wouldn't blame them specifically. But for an question they would like to have a "locator number" from the ticket. On the English ticket id nothing called so and so on.... Later the bus was sold as a ride without changes. But since we where the only two people on this on demand bus we had according to the driver "change to car". Commercials told us service in English... But turns out he meant "change the bus". We where seated in an not as bus plana labeled old bus that didn't look or sound safe from the outside. It was full nearly to the last seat. And on my seat was liquid. Hope for a spilled drink but fear it was urine. At the end we arrived in time. But not with the promised experience and me with my last trousers for this holiday wet with who knows what. Based on this experience I am glad I was able to catch my flight in time but would never ever book bus plana again.

The previous comment to take the train is very strange and not correct. Plana autobus got us from the airport to Sitges last week and lots of people from Sitges got off at the airport. Plans took over ... The previous comment to take the train is very strange and not correct. Plana autobus got us from the airport to Sitges last week and lots of people from Sitges got off at the airport. Plans took over Monbus in November and are running a slightly reduced timetable because of COVID. Only terminal 1 is currently open at the airport and if you take the train then you somehow have to get from terminal 2 to terminal 1. Plana/Monbus takes you directly to terminal 2 in 30 minutes. The timetable says it starts Can Robert at 6am during the week, can anyone confirm?
