Cestou do Českých Budějovic navíc proběhlo vše bez problémů – řidič koloběžku normálně naložil. O to větší šok přišel při cestě zpět. Jiný řidič koloběžku bez jakéhokoli rozumného vysvětlení odmítl vzít, přestože zavazadlový prostor byl téměř prázdný a manželka byla připravena přepravu zaplatit. Kvůli své neochotě nechal ženu s dítětem stát v téměř čtyřicetistupňovém vedru v Českých Budějovicích, přestože měla řádně zaplacenou jízdenku a postupovala přesně podle pokynů infolinky. Takový přístup je neprofesionální, bezohledný a naprosto postrádá lidskost. Pokud zaměstnanci stejného dopravce neumí dodržovat vlastní pravidla a každý si je vykládá jinak, je to vizitka celé společnosti. Po této zkušenosti už s tímto dopravcem cestovat nebudeme a ostatním ho nemůžeme doporučit.
