The bus never arrived. I called customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told that the bus was on its way, so I continued waiting. After more than two hours, I was then told that the bus had already left. How is that even possible when I had been standing at the pickup point the entire time? The lack of communication, the misleading information from customer service, and the complete disregard for passengers’ time is unacceptable. Not once did anyone contact me to explain what was happening or offer a solution. Instead, I was left stranded and forced to deal with the consequences of your company’s failure. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing. I paid for a service that was never delivered and am now seeking a full refund and a proper explanation. I would strongly advise anyone considering Eagle Liner to think twice. A transport company should be reliable, honest, and communicate with its passengers. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
